I am a member of the British Psychoanalytic Council (Membership No 45462), the Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists and the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (Accredited Member, Registered Number 366200)

I am trained in Psychodynamic Therapy which forms the foundation of my practice and I work to the BPC's Code of Ethics and Ethical Guidelines.

In addition I have undertaken further specialist training in Bereavement Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

In parallel with private practice, I currently work in a specialist NHS service providing psychotherapy to victims of childhood sexual abuse.

I have worked in a local hospice, providing bereavement counselling to adults experiencing grief and loss following the death of a loved one.

I have also worked in a local counselling centre supporting adults experiencing a variety of emotional difficulties including anxiety, anger, depression, stress and the effects of trauma.
